Helpful staff, especially Yuriko who arranged a ride to the airport, and free water bottles and coffee for guests were appreciated. The room was small but well designed with a table and chairs, clean bathroom, and full king size bed in family rooms. Breakfast was light but tasty enough. The hotel was located near two Tokyo subway lines in a lively area with many restaurants, shops, bars, and easy access to the limousine bus stop to Narita airport.
