Round-the-clock receptionFriendly staff spoke English and were always at the front desk, free meals and drinks were available along with toiletries and skin care products in the onsen/shower area, massage chairs and a steam room were great for relaxing, rooms were clean with comfortable beds and linens, location was near Shimbasi Station close to bars, restaurants, subway station and Haneda airport.
