Very comfortable bed and great supplies in the room were complemented by polite and accommodating staff, especially Miss Kanakoe Nozoe who spoke English and was very professional. The location was very convenient, about a ten-minute walk from Tokyo Station with easy access to train and subway stations, plus a Family Mart nearby. Breakfast was served just a step away from the elevator every morning.
