Helpful staff explained the ins and outs of the place and organised lift use during heavy foot traffic, the onsen was fantastic with clean public baths and a wonderful outdoor bath, breakfast was varied and delicious, rooms were small but clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds, location was fantastic close to everything including a train station.
