Free coffee, soup, and appetizers were served in the lobby with a variety of shampoos and lotions available. The staff was accommodating and held onto luggage between check-in/out and flights. Massage chairs and a hot foot ball tub on the 7th floor were excellent for sore feet after long walks. The location was within a 10-minute walk of Ikebukuro station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
