The house was clean, modern, and spacious enough for a family of six adults and two children with three bedrooms across four floors including a rooftop terrace. The kitchen had a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and large fridge while the bathrooms were spotless with aromatizers, air conditioning was in each bedroom though not used due to ideal weather. The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions while check-in was self-service without reception. The location was quiet yet convenient with Ikebukuro station about 10-15 minutes’ walk away and several supermarkets nearby including a 7-Eleven just three minutes from the house.
