Kind owner allowed early check-in and late check-out, and phone support was very helpful. The room was spacious, bright, quiet with many power outlets, a large bed with two thin futons used together comfortably. Air conditioning was efficient, Wi-Fi worked well, and there was a coin laundry nearby with a dryer. Location was great near the station and convenience store, Shinjuku was 15 minutes away by train.
