The house was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with two toilets, laundry, a kitchen, air conditioning in every room, and a gaming console. Linda was very helpful and responsive with communication and gave free food during the stay. The location was quiet near Koiwa train station with grocery shops and food places nearby, about 15 minutes walk from the station which had direct trains to Shinjuku in 38 minutes.
