We found it a solid value, especially being right in the heart of Shinjuku and paying less than other places for the same or longer stays. The space was good for one person and probably okay for two, the memory foam bed was way comfier than we expected, and everything worked well like A/C and hot water. The place was clean with no bugs, had a small balcony, and even gave us soap, shampoo, conditioner, plus free toothbrushes and toothpaste, though the slippers’ cleanliness was a bit unclear.
