Our room in Shinjuku was comfortable and in a great spot, with lots to do nearby late at night even after the subways stopped running. Everything was clean and quiet, the check-in went smooth thanks to clear instructions, and having a laundry machine in the unit was a big plus-we really enjoyed our stay.
