The bed was comfy and the sleep quality was wonderfully quiet with a deep, restful sleep. The owner was super friendly and explained everything while the common area had lots of manga and entertainment. The location was perfect near Haneda airport and subway, just a 2-minute walk from the station with plenty of shops nearby.
