Temperature controlThe host and staff were super friendly and helpful, and every night they offered welcome drinks with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We were there on New Year’s Eve and enjoyed a small countdown with soba and premium sake, then ended up joining a nearby shrine’s traditional midnight ceremony with drumming, warm rice alcohol, and a cool celebration. There’s also a great bakery nearby called Gouter Le Ble that’s worth checking out.
