Convenient location next to Higashi Shinjuku Station and metro exit was perfect with many shops around and 7/11 nearby. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond while allowing luggage storage before check-in. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with cold aircon, comfortable beds including a pull-out sofa, but had poor soundproofing in a quiet building.
