Super spacious and clean with great views of Mount Fuji, two toilets which were handy for a big group, and washing machine inside was a real plus, the host provided tea and instant noodles in the room and was super friendly and responsive. The location was convenient with easy access to Shinjuku Station, Meiji Jingu within 10 minutes walk, supermarket downstairs, great coffee shop across the road, and an awesome kids park nearby.
