The beds were comfy and the place felt safe, especially with separate male and female areas, which worked well for us as solo female travellers. The staff was friendly and spoke great English, they even stored our luggage for free, and the location was just close to Ueno Station. It was clean with free hairdryers, so we were happy with our short stay and would come back.
