The hotel featured small but comfortable rooms with good lighting, especially in the bathrooms. The location was convenient, within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station and close to grocery stores and food spots. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing services such as luggage transfer and complimentary drinks in the evening. Quiet surroundings contributed to a restful stay despite being in a corporate area. A smoking room with an effective extractor fan was available on the 14th floor.
