The room was spacious, clean, and felt like a luxury hotel, with a bathtub that our little one really enjoyed since onsen doesn’t offer that. We loved using the projector and big screen to watch music videos and eat Japanese desserts after the kids were asleep, plus everything was super convenient with Family Mart just steps away, close to the metro, and the Toyota rent-a-car drop-off. The staff, especially the night shift guy from Hong Kong, were helpful and went out of their way to assist with our luggage.
