Clean and comfortable apartment with a small functional kitchen, digital keys, washer, and toiletries provided. The location was quiet in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from Koiwa JR station with nearby konbini and supermarket open until midnight. The host was responsive to questions and the Chuo line connected easily to central Tokyo and Disney within 35 minutes.
