Hosts Edward and Kaho were extremely helpful and friendly, responding quickly to communications. The house was spotlessly clean, modern, with three floors including bathrooms on each level and balconies upstairs for drying clothes. The kitchen had everything needed along with a washer/dryer and small dishwasher. Comfortable king-sized beds were in both bedrooms, which had TVs with Netflix, the lounge also had a TV with Netflix and fast WiFi. The location was perfect near Shim-Mikawashima station on the Keisei line (200 meters), close to Nishinippori JR Station, convenience stores like 7/11, local restaurants such as Maru Chan for okonomiyaki, and a large supermarket within walking distance or one train stop away.
