The hotel provided excellent staff service with smooth check-in and clear instructions about complimentary drinks and snacks. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and close to shops, restaurants, and a 7-11. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and efficiently designed with separate toilet and shower areas. Nearby narrow streets offered nice bars and dining options. Breakfast selection was decent, supporting a pleasant stay.
