The location was great, close to the metro station and Ginza shopping areas with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious by Japanese standards in a brand new hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. The premium top floor had a private lobby with a pancake machine, and the reception lobby had an ice cream vending machine.
