The hotel was located in a fabulous spot with direct underground access to Tokyo Station, offering easy transportation and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The room on the 16th floor was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of Tokyo Station at night. Staff were kind, attentive, and went beyond expectations by assisting with ticket purchases. Breakfast featured a great Japanese selection that enhanced the experience. The bathroom was luxurious, and the bed provided excellent comfort throughout the stay.
