Round-the-clock receptionGreat location in the heart of Ginza close to shops, restaurants, and two subway stations right outside the front door was complemented by a comfortable room with three beds that was not too big or small. Ms Nishida at reception was extremely helpful in communicating with Tokyo Station's lost & found department to recover an iPad left on the Shinkansen. Taxis were always available in front of the hotel which added convenience for travel to and from Tokyo Station and Haneda Airport.
