Good value for money with clean bathrooms and towels always available on time, the apartment was close to a nice park and public transport, had a mini fridge with a small freezer, and an elevator made it easy to handle multiple luggage, the host was accommodating with smooth communication while cleaning staff were friendly despite language barriers.
