The lockers were the perfect size for large luggage and personal items, and the bathrooms had a variety of shampoo and conditioner duos with a powder area including ReFa hairdryers. The lounge had a great view with drinks, teas, and free coffee available, while the staff was friendly and available 24/7, the location was close to Shin-Okubo station with easy access to Tokyo via Yamanote line.
