The hotel was located in a quiet residential street about a 7-minute walk to Kasai Station with restaurants and a small playground park nearby. The room was spacious with two extra-wide beds, a dining table, full kitchenette with utensils and modern appliances, separate bathroom and laundry block, in-room Wi-Fi router, first-aid kit, emergency escape box, and sturdy furniture with power and USB outlets on both sides of the beds. The bathroom had fully waterproofed walls and floor with tub plus shower wet zone while the toilet had a modern Japanese bidet seat behind its own door for privacy. The laundry corner had washer-dryer machines along with hangers, racks, detergent supplied plus extra detergent provided by staff. The cafe attached to the hotel served breakfast at 1,500 yen that could be delivered to rooms, ingredients were fresh and delicious while guests enjoyed coffee surrounded by flowers from the flower shop downstairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful welcoming guests early at check-in offering cold juice or water as well as assisting in organizing taxis or replacing linens after accidents during stays.
