The location was great with a quiet neighborhood close to Ueno Park and Nezu Station, about a 15-minute walk from Ueno Station. The rooms had traditional tatami flooring and fluffy futon beds with umbrellas available for use in case of rain. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the staff were accommodating and kind.
