The staff were very helpful and kind with the check-in process and other questions despite language barriers. The room was comfortable, clean, had a small fridge, separate toilet and shower area, pillow height options, extra blankets, and a well-equipped product bar for skincare and haircare products. Breakfast was excellent with many choices of primarily Japanese cuisine suitable for milk allergy. The location was optimal within walking distance from great landmarks and close to the train station with easy connection to Haneda Airport.
