Clean, comfortable apartment had a kitchenette, washing machine, and extra bedding with a cozy living room area. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. Staff sent reminders on the check-in process but getting keys from the locked box was difficult and required help from a man in the cafe next door. The location was good with easy access to Shibuya station, center of Tokyo, nearby bus stops, subway within walking distance, breakfast spots around the corner, and a supermarket close by.
