Spacious apartment had three separate bedrooms, two toilets including a bidet on the ground floor, and air conditioning in all rooms with kitchen and dining area. Washing machine with drying function was there along with basic utensils, tableware, garbage bags, tissue and toilet paper. Sturdy handrails and glow-in-dark non-slip pads were on narrow steep staircases without elevators. Location was quiet yet within walking distance to Shinjuku activities and metro, convenience shops were one minute away. Staff at reception were friendly and responsive.
