Friendly staff were very helpful and responsive via messaging on the ... app, and the washer-dryer made things easy for our family of four. The room was clean, spacious by Japanese standards with good storage spaces, comfortable with everything needed, and had a splendid view facing Skytree Tower, it was quiet despite being close to main spots around Asakusa with many konbini nearby and a Halal Ramen restaurant within walking distance.
