The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind, forwarding medication to another hotel and modifying breakfast to be vegan with coffee and tea. The traditional Japanese-style rooms had futon beds, extra pillows, yukata, near-blackout roller blinds, and the breakfasts were delicious with many options including salmon, the location was in Asakusa district close to a subway stop and mini mart.
