The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a great central location near train stations and shops in Ginza. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke enough English for easy communication. Rooms featured blackout blinds ideal for sleeping off jet lag, though some were tight with luggage space. Breakfast offered plenty of Western options, and the bar provided happy hour specials. Nearby convenience stores and Don Quijote allowed easy access to snacks and duty-free shopping.
