We found the place comfortable and super convenient in central Tokyo, with lots of free stuff like breakfast, dinner, drinks, snacks, and even self-serve alcohol after 5 pm. Checking in was easy, the staff was friendly and patient with our limited Japanese, and the bath was tattoo-friendly, which was a big plus. Our capsule was really cozy and cool enough, with a fan and earplugs if you need them, plus extra USB charging options and a great massage chair to top it all off.
