Clean bathrooms were there with shampoo and conditioner, beds were comfortable and quiet, free drinking water, earplugs, and umbrellas were available. The location was close to Skytree and a 10-minute walk to the subway with convenience stores nearby. Staff was responsive through messages, check-in process was easy, shared spaces were good but the dorms had no doors.
