The hotel offered flawless luxury and exceptional service throughout the stay. The rooms featured stunning design with breathtaking views of the Tokyo skyline. The staff provided thoughtful, seamless interactions and anticipated every need. Breakfast was great, complemented by a spectacular rooftop restaurant and bar. The location in Ginza was excellent, with a beautiful pool area enhancing the experience.
