The hotel featured bidet toilets and a comfortable bed in a large room for Tokyo. The location was excellent, close to stores and the train station. Rooms were clean with great amenities, including 24/7 gym access. Concierge services helped with restaurant reservations, and a 7-Eleven was located in the basement. Premier grand rooms offered fantastic views from high floors.
