The room was spacious, clean, and had a futon on a platform with big windows and a good heater. The bathroom was well-equipped with towels and basic cosmetics, while washing machines, dryers, water fountains, and a communal kitchenette were available on each floor. The location was close to Minowa metro station about an 11-minute walk and near grocery stores like OK grocery store, Don Quijote, and Daiso. The cafe downstairs served breakfast from 10am with discounts for guests.
