The hotel offered clean, comfortable rooms that were spacious enough for two guests with luggage. The location was quiet and relaxing, just a 15-minute walk from the main spots and shops in Shinjuku. Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast at Hearth was highly praised and evening dinners were also enjoyed on-site. Laundry stations available for a small fee added convenience to the experience.
