Great location, close to Shinjuku station and multiple train stations with many food options nearby. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and good size for a family triple room. Breakfast had plenty of western options, and the staff were friendly and helpful when using Google Translate. A hat left after check-out was easily recovered by contacting the property.
