We spent one night at the capsule hotel and were greeted with great service right away. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and roomy, and the sleep area felt surprisingly spacious, though it got cold upstairs since we couldn’t control the temperature and the beds were a bit stiff, making it hard for my son to sleep. We did appreciate the extra blankets, pillows, and the nice late-night snack on offer.
