The location was great, close to Ichigaya station and next to the train station with eating options nearby. The staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming, especially Tashiro and Mone who were excellent. The capsules had a modern, new feel with unique features like a shoe locker inside each capsule and a reading light. Breakfast and coffee were included in the morning while alcoholic beverages and in-flight meals were available along with a good food vending machine. The onsen and bathroom facilities had free items, the bed was comfortable, and the main area was upgraded with more food options where coffee could be enjoyed.
