The hotel featured excellent facilities including a pool, restaurants, and a beautiful Japanese garden that was illuminated at night. Rooms were comfortable with wonderful views, though somewhat small compared to the rest of the property. The location was convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from Shinagawa station. Additional amenities included a hot whirlpool, steam sauna, and an on-site 7-Eleven store for late-night needs.
