We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, and the hotel is a nice walk from the station in a quiet residential area without much noise or tourists. There are stores and a coin laundry nearby, vending machines right outside, and the staff are kind and use Google translate to help with English-... messages work well too. The room had enough space for one of us, but it would feel tight with two people, especially with lots of luggage.
