We had a comfortable and quiet stay with a good-sized room that had all the amenities we needed. The automated check-in with no staff around worked well for us, and the location was great-right opposite the metro, about a 20-minute walk to Tokyo station, with convenience stores and a nice cafe nearby. Plus, the complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch.
