The futon beds were comfy and extra futons were provided, the kitchen was complete with a nice big refrigerator and washer/dryer, toiletries were complete, and a charging port was near the bed. The location was quiet and peaceful with many shops nearby including a large Aeon shopping center within 5 minutes walk, close to Akabane station which connected well to other parts of Tokyo.
