Spacious room with modern facilities and a ginormous firm bed after an upgrade was comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the spa team. Breakfast had limited à la carte choices but was good. The location was perfect for Omotesando shopping and close to Gaiemmae subway station, providing convenience and safety near major sights. Toiletries were good and smelled divine.
