The location was ideal, close to the Imperial Palace Gardens, Ginza area, and numerous shops and restaurants. Service was consistently professional and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities included a fantastic sauna, pool, and a cocktail lounge with a dress code. Technology allowed guests to check gym and pool availability without leaving their rooms.
