The hotel offered exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms with stunning city views. The location was ideal, close to the Imperial Palace Gardens, Ginza area, and numerous shops and restaurants. Service was consistently professional and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities included a fantastic sauna, pool, and a cocktail lounge with a dress code. Technology allowed guests to check gym and pool availability without leaving their rooms.
