Staff was very nice and helpful with 24-hour front desk service and luggage delivery two days in advance. The room was clean, small but had a shower, tub, bidet, fast Wi-Fi suitable for online gaming, an ethernet cable for computers, and comfortable large bed. A coffee machine with free coffee or hot chocolate was in the lobby along with a self check-out machine. Location was great next to FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel and about an 8-minute walk from Shinbashi train station.
