Free drinks machine, coffee machine, cakes and ice cream were available in the lobby. The room was clean with loads of bath products and was cleaned every day. Water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, close to Ueno Park, train station, metro station and many restaurants.
